Always a perfect subject is the relationship between **** and its people. Vegas looks kind of like a microcosm of America or American dream itself. Everyone comes here to gamble with an opportunity but few success. This **** comes with a contrast between luxurious light and low-life darkness, which is just how it looks like in the last shot. The camera always focuses on ones' real life and the raw sound in the streets . The static shots of streets with comforting music indicate the filmmaker's caring for the ordinary people in the ****. It surely touches us when we see the tramp guy thanking his cat for returning home.
